Who we are

Unite Event is a live ticketing platform operated for parties, festivals and travel events. Our website is https://unite.events.

Data we collect

• Account: name, email, password (hashed), preferred language and role.
• Orders: items purchased, amount, currency, billing email, Stripe payment reference.
• Tickets: ticket code, scan timestamp, gate operator, event reference.
• Technical: IP address and browser user agent, kept only for security and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

We use your data to deliver tickets, process payments, manage gate access, send transactional emails (order confirmation, ticket, password reset) and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies required for login (session) and CSRF protection. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

Stripe processes card payments — we never store full card numbers. Email delivery is handled by our SMTP provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data: as long as your account is active. Order and ticket data: for the legal accounting retention period (typically 10 years). Technical logs: 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or export your personal data, and request deletion (except data we must keep for legal reasons). Email support@unite.events to exercise these rights.
