How do I buy a ticket?
Pick the event, choose your ticket type and quantity, then pay with card via Stripe. Your QR ticket lands in your inbox within seconds.
Is my QR ticket safe to share?
No — share the QR code with no one. Each token is signed and burnt at the gate on first scan. A second scan will be rejected.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by the organisation. In that case refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Do you support multiple languages?
The whole platform speaks 5 languages: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Use the globe icon at the top to switch — your choice is remembered for the rest of the session.
I lost my email — how do I get my ticket back?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout and your tickets appear in your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support with the order number.
Where do I find the venue address?
Each event page lists the venue, city, country and the exact start time. Maps and arrival instructions are sent in the confirmation email.
