No-refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of personal schedule or availability
• Weather conditions
• Travel issues
• Illness or emergencies
• Dissatisfaction with the event experience

Please make sure of your availability and interest before completing your purchase.

Exception – Event cancellation

A full refund is granted only if the organisation cancels a party, event or DJ performance. In this case customers will be notified promptly and the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
