Acceptance of terms

By using Unite Event, browsing the catalogue or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tickets and orders

Each ticket is personal and non-transferable. The QR code is signed and burnt on first scan; any subsequent scan is rejected. Sharing or duplicating a QR code is forbidden and may lead to refusal at the gate without refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Orders are confirmed only once payment has succeeded.

Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. The only exception is when the organisation cancels an event — refunds are then issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. See the refund policy for details.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Unite Event is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or attendance at any event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of Unite Event. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
